The outer (1st) being the “what” your company does.
The next one in the (2nd) being the “how” your company accomplishes it’s task and what sets it apart.
And lastly, the center (3rd) being the “why” your company exists.

Why you do what you do?

(aside from profit, which is a result)

Most companies operate from the outside in, making their order of importance:

2nd – How

3rd – Why

The best companies and leaders all operate from the inside out.
