To add delegate access to your HostGator account, you'll need to navigate to the "Users & Roles" section within your Customer PortalFrom there, you can add a new user and assign them a specific role with the permissions you want them to have. 

DELEGATE NAME:  New Now Creative
DELEGATE EMAIL:  support@newnowcreative.agency
ACCESS LEVEL: Admin

Here's a step-by-step guide: 
  1. Log into your HostGator Customer Portal.
  2. Click your profile iconin the top right corner and select "Users & Roles".



  3. Select your accountand click the "Manage" button.



  4. Scroll down to the "User Roles & Permissions" sectionand click the "+ Add User" button.



  5. Enter the name and emailof the user you want to add, then select the role they will have.



  6. Once done, click the Invite button
  7. An invite will be sent to the email address you provided. The user can set their own user ID, password, and security PIN. Once the user has accepted, they will appear on the Account & Users page. 
Once the user accepts the invitation, they will appear on your "Account & Users" page and can access your account with the permissions granted by their assigned role.
