To delegate access to your WP Engine account, you'll need to add a new user within the User Portal and assign them a specific role. This allows you to grant different levels of access to your account, like specific environments, without revealing your password or personal details. 
 
DELEGATE NAME:  New Now Creative
DELEGATE EMAIL:  support@newnowcreative.agency
ACCESS LEVEL: Admin
 
Here's how to add a user with delegate access:
  1. Log in to your WP Engine User Portal.
  2. Expand "Users" in the left navigation and select "Account Users". 



  3. Click the "Invite account user" button in the top right corner. 



  4. Fill in the user details: Enter the name and email of the user you want to add, then select the appropriate role (Owner, Admin, or Partial) and any specific environments they should have access to.  Read more about User Portal roles and access levels.



  5. Click "Invite User" to send an invitation email to the new user. 
  6. That user will receive an email confirming their user portal account access.
